Pollinator Program

Let’s Grow Together Pollinator Program

In this program, funded in partnership with the US Forest Service, the SREL Outreach Team works with local schools to create and establish welcoming pollinator spaces. Students participating in this program learn many things including:

• What is a pollinator?
• What role do pollinators play in our daily lives?
• How do you create inviting spaces for pollinators?

In addition, schools participating in this program each create a pollinator-friendly space or garden. Additional follow-up activities are provided for schools through this partnership in this school year-long program. This program is open to elementary through high school-aged youth.

This program is currently full and is not taking new schools at this time.
